Mitigation Service Issues April 4

As of 7:15 AM Central Time, our DDoS mitigation service is experiencing a problem with one of their upstream providers. This is affecting some CMS4Schools customer sites. Sites are slow loading or not loading at all. We will continue to provide updates.

As of 7:25 AM Central Time, the issue with our mitigation service's upstream provider has been resolved and sites affected are now operating normally. We apologize for the difficulties.

As of 7:30 AM Central Time, we are retracting resolution of this situation as we are again seeing issues again. We have contacted our mitigation service and are working with them to bring resolution to the issues. Sorry for the issues again!

As of 8 AM Central Time, we are still seeing issues with some sites timing out or loading slowly. Our mitigation service's engineers are continuing to work on the situation.

With this update, this issue is now resolved. Our mitigation service's upstream provider resolved the latency and routing issues experienced earlier this morning. The service has been stable since about 8:05 AM Central Time.
