Mark Gutknecht We have been notified by our mitigation service that those affected by the service disruption are experiencing greater latency / load time in accessing web pages. This is caused by one of their upstream providers being down and needing to reroute their traffic through a slower connection to maintain service. At this time, things are operating, but they are slower than normal. We will continue to update as we have more information available to share.

Mark Gutknecht Our mitigation service is continuing to reroute traffic around the upstream provider that is having connectivity issues. The additional connection is operating, but loading websites is slower than normal. We will continue to post updates as they become available.

Mark Gutknecht As of 5:40 PM Central time, service for all customers returned to normal. The latency issues have been resolved. We are continuing to monitor. Thank you for your patience while our mitigation service worked to restore service back to normal operations.
