We are now seeing a secondary issue affecting only a subset of sites. We are now working on identifying and resolving that issue. The was a caching issue which occurred on the CMS4Schools servers. This was caused by the deployment process that we use to push new code to the servers which resulted in the server using incomplete compiled code. We have added a process to safeguard against this type of problem occurring again.
