CMS4Schools Site Errors - June 18

    10:50 AM Central - We are continuing to work on this issue. We believe the source of the problem has been identified and we are working to fix the issue.

    11:10 AM Central - We have resolved the primary issue which was affecting all customer sites. We are now seeing a secondary issue affecting only a subset of sites. We are now working on identifying and resolving that issue. Thank you for your patience!

    11:30 AM Central - All problems have been resolved now. We are now investigating why these problems occurred to ensure that this doesn't happen again. We apologize for the difficulties.     A final update on the issues experienced on June 18. The was a caching issue which occurred on the CMS4Schools servers. This was caused by the deployment process that we use to push new code to the servers which resulted in the server using incomplete compiled code.

    We have added a process to safeguard against this type of problem occurring again.

    Again, we appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue and apologize for the difficulties experienced.
