CMS4Schools Server Outage - 6/19/2014

6:45 AM Central - One of our CMS4Schools servers is having difficulties at this moment. We are looking into this problem and will provide updates as we have them. This is only affecting customers that are hosted on our cms1.cms4schools.com server.

    7:00 AM Central - The cms1.cms4schools.com server problems have now been resolved. We apologize for the difficulties and are continuing to look into the cause of the situation. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

    7:10 AM Central - The problems experienced earlier is starting to re-appear. We are re-opening this issue. Please stay tuned for more updates.

    7:30 AM Central - The problems that have been experienced we believe have been resolved at this time. We are continuing to look at the cause of the issue so that this situation does not happen again.

    11:40 AM Central - Thanks for your patience this morning while we worked on this issue. At this time, we have identified the cause of the issue.

    The cause was due to new code that was introduced overnight which only triggered the issue under very unique circumstances that existed on some websites. We have pulled back our code changes until we can be sure that we address that condition.

    This will be going back to our development team to address the issue and test under this condition before we release this code again. Things are working normally again and should remain that way now.

    This issue is now resolved.
