9/11/2014 8:35 AM Central - Beginning at 8:30 AM Central our DDoS mitigation provider began experiencing connection issues affecting all CMS4Schools customers using our DDoS mitigation service. We have opened a ticket with them and are having them resolve the issue. We will provide more details as we have them available.

Mark Gutknecht 8:45 AM - At this time, connections are operational again. We are investigating this further with our DDoS mitigation provider and our hosting provider to determine the cause.
At this time, the issue is resolved, but with an unknown cause to report.
We apologize for the difficulties and will report back with further details as we have more to share.

Mark Gutknecht 11:25 AM - Following communications with our hosting provider and our DDoS mitigation providers, we have established that our hosting provider experienced network connection problems with one of their Internet providers that deals with the traffic coming from our DDoS mitigation provider. This is what resulted in the problems this morning. They believe that all has been resolved with this instance and should not experience any further problems with this.
