DDoS Mitigation Provider Timeouts

10/1/2014 2:20 PM - Beginning at approximately 2:18 PM, we began seeing problems stemming from our DDoS mitigation provider. This is affecting only a portion of our CMS4Schools customer sites. We immediately started working with them to look into these issues. We will continue to post updates as we have them available.

    2:30 PM - Our DDoS mitigation provider is aware of an issue with one of their protection locations and are working on the problem. We will provide further updates as we have more information.

    3:40 PM - Our DDoS mitigation provider continues to work on this issue. Unfortunately, there is no ETA for resolution to share at this time while they work to resolve the issues. They are working hard on fixing the issue to bring this matter to a close as quickly as possible. Thanks for your continued patience.

    4:20 PM - As of about 4:10, the problems experienced with one of our DDoS protection locations has been resolved by our DDoS mitigation provider. Since that time, connections have returned to normal for sites that were affected by these problems. We are looking to understand better as to what happened to cause these problems and will provide any information possible.

    As of this time, the issues have been resolved. Thank you for your patience and support while these problems were worked on and resolved.
