11:00 AM Central - Beginning at approximately 10:30 AM Central time, our DDoS mitigation company began experiencing problems with some DNS records. This is causing some of our CMS4Schools customer sites to not load. We are working with our vendor to resolve the issues. We will provide more updates as they become available.

Mark Gutknecht 11:10 AM - Our DDoS mitigation company has confirmed that they have a server that is having connectivity issues. They are working on the issue right now. More updates to follow as information becomes available.

Mark Gutknecht 4:00 PM - Our DDoS mitigation company is continuing to resolve the issues affecting some of our customers. They have not provided an ETA for resolution, but say that their staff are continuing to work on the issue. Mark Gutknecht 4:55 PM - As of approximately 4:35 PM Central time, customer that have been affected by our DDoS provider's network connectivity issues today have been resolved. We are seeking more information from them to gain a better understanding of what happened to cause this issue.
