The Registrations Tool is a Main Body tool that allows users to register for events on your website.

Registrations Tool Properties
After adding the Registrations tool to a page, set the desired properties. You can add a Tool Heading describing this registration. For example, Census Registration Form or Madrigal Dinner Registration. Another option is to have a Text/Graphic Editor above the Registrations tool explaining what visitors are registering for.
Step 1: Contact Information
- Edit Step 1 Description: The default description is "Fill in your contact information. Then click the Continue button." You can edit this by clicking on Edit Step 1 Description. Enter the alternative description and submit.
- Add Field: To add an additional field select the link and the Add Contact Information Field screen.
- Contact information fields: First Name, Last Name, Mailing Address Line 1, Mailing Address Line 2, City, State/Country, Zip, Phone, Email, and Number Attending are the default fields included.
- The Include column allows the flexibility to choose which fields to display. The Number Attending Text may also be modified here.
- The Update and Delete columns display N/A for default fields, but will display links to Update or Delete for any fields you choose to add.
- When finished, Save Changes.
Add Field
The following six options are available for this new field:
- Text: Primarily used as a label.
- Label & Text Box: Used for Short Answers, i.e. Name, email, etc.
- Set the size of the text box. The default size is 50.
- Is an Answer Required? Yes/No
- Label & Text Area: Used for longer answers
- Set the size of the text box. The default size is 5 rows by 50 columns.
- Is Answer Required? Yes/No
- Label & Radio Button
- The visitor can choose only 1 answer
- Enter the label in the text box
- Enter choices in the grid below the text box
- Label & Check Boxes:
- Multiple choices are allowed by entering the number of options required from the drop-down box.

- Set the number of rows to display using the dropdown

Click Add at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Registrant Information
- Edit Step 2 Description: The default description is "Fill in your contact information. Then click the Continue button." You can edit this by clicking on Edit Step 2 Description. Enter the alternative description and submit.
- Include Guest Names - Step 2: Selecting the checkbox will include registrant names entered in Step 1.
- Prefill Name 1: Selecting the checkbox will prefill with registrant names entered in Step 1.
- Heading Description: The default description is Guest. You can update this field as desired.
- Minimum # of Guest Names: Set the minimum number of guest names using the drop-down to select the desired number.
If changes have been made, click Save Changes. - If the Include Guest Names check box is checked, it is possible to add extra fields per person to the registration form. Click Add Extra Field to create the additional fields. Field options are the same as the previous Add Field.
- The default Extra Fields are First Name and Last Name.
- The Update and Delete columns display N/A for default fields, but will display links to Update or Delete for any fields you choose to add.
Step 3: Event Information
- Edit Step 3 Description: The default description is "Select which activities you would like to attend below. Then click the Continue button." You can edit this by clicking on Edit Step 3 Description. Enter the alternative description and submit.
- Add Registration Event: The Add Registration Event screen will open where you can enter the registration title and description. Registration events will appear in a table below.
- View Registrations: Opens the Registered screen where registrations are displayed.
- Enter a Registration: Allows the user to add an event participant from this screen.

- Activities: Select to open the Activities screen. You can select to add activities and update any activity properties as needed. See the Activities section below.
- Delete:
Add Registration Event
- Enter the title of the event in the first box. This is the description that will appear on the form.
- Choose how to position this event. Place at top is the only choice for the first event.
- Enter a description for the event.
- Click Active if the event is to be made visible at this time.
Click Add and the event will be added to the Registration Event table.
Registration Activities
Specific Activities can be added to an event, providing the registration information with more details.
- Add Activity: Select to open the Add Activity screen
- Quantity Options: Select to open the Quantity Options screen.
- Update: Select to open a screen to update any of the activity properties
- Delete: Select to delete the activity and all records of people who have registered for the activity. Click OK in the pop-up to confirm the deletion of the activity.
Add Activity
- Choose where to position this activity in relation to other activities
- Enter an Activity Title
- Provide an email address that registrations will be emailed to
- Enter a description if desired
Click Add and repeat for additional activities as needed.
Activity Quantity Options
- BACK: Takes you back to the Activities screen
- Add Quantity Option: Select to open the Add Quantity Option screen.
- Update: Select to update an existing quantity option
- Delete: Select to delete an existing quantity option and all records of people who have registered for the activity. Click OK in the pop-up to confirm the deletion of the activity.

Select the Add Quantity Options link to open the Add Quantity Option screen
Enter a Title and Cost for this Activity. If there is no cost, enter 0.
Select Add to add the quantity option to the activity.
Step 4: Payment Information
- Edit Step 4 Description: The default description is "Confirm the information below. Then click the Continue button." You can edit this by clicking on Edit Step 4 Description. Enter the alternative description and submit.
- Online Payment System: Select the desired payment options.
- Paypal/Credit Card: Enter the email address of the PayPal account in the blank. If you do not have a PayPal account, click the link to create one.
- ACH Solutions: You can accept credit cards AND eChecks with ACH Solutions. Enter the Username in the blank provided.
- No Online Payment: The user can pay later by sending a check or call with payment information.
- From Email Address: This is the email address that will appear as the sender when the customer gets emailed an order confirmation (and will also get bcc'd)
- Return URL: This is where the user will be sent to upon completion of the registration. If you leave this blank, a generic "Thank you for your registration" message will appear.
When finished, click Save Changes.
View and Download Registrations
Submitted Registration information can be viewed and downloaded within Step 3: Event Information. Click on View Registrations to open the Registered screen.
- View Not Yet Downloaded Records or Downloaded Records
- The "Click here to download the ## registrations listed below" link will provide the option of opening or saving a .csv file containing the registrant's records. Further manipulation of this information can be done within a spreadsheet such as Excel.
- Sort list by Date
- Sort list by Name
- Email selected registrant
- View registrant information
- Update registrant information
- Delete this registration record and the activities registered
View Registrant Information
Within the list of registrants, click on the View link to see the individual registrant's information.
Update Registrant Information
Within the list of registrants, click on the Update link and the Update Registration screen is displayed.
Payment amount and methods can be added or changed within this area.
Registration Confirmation
Once registration is complete a screen will display informing the individual their registration has been received.
The registrant will also receive an email confirming the registration.
