Faculty Website Admin - Edit My Profile

Many districts designate the Profile page as a staff member's Home Page.  The profile page contains information about the staff member, for example name, phone number, job title, a place for a short bio and photo.  This Help Doc will provide step-by-step instructions how to access and edit your profile.

Log in to CMS4Schools

Obtain the URL of your school's admin login page from your webmaster or IT department.   The following URLs are typical school addresses:    http://www.yourschool.k12.wi.us/admin or http://yourschool.org/admin

The above Login screen will display with your browser.

Enter your User Name and Password.

Click Login.

The 4Schools welcome screen displays.  If your district uses other 4Schools' products, ie. Calendar4Schools, etc. the links will be displayed here as well.

Click on CMS4Schools at either of the two arrows and the following Main Web site Administration page will display.

In the top left corner, click on Edit My Profile or Edit My User Account.

Key in your name, title, email, phone number and changes to your password if desired.

To include your staff picture, click Browse to locate and add the file.  Note files must be either .jpg or .gif

Use the text box provided to enter information about yourself.  Typically this is professional in nature.  Follow your district's guidelines.

Receive Weekly Calendar Email - if your district utilizes the Calendar module and has turned on this feature, you may choose to receive weekly emails notifying you of upcoming events.  This email can include events in all categories or only those selected.

Click Update to complete the process.
