Departments & Programs

Before populating your ACP Courses Library, set up your Departments and Programs that you would like to be associated with your courses.

Access ACP Course Library

In your CMS4Schools Admin, select "Academic Planning Guide Site" from the left navigation or from within your Navigation Builder dropdown to open your Academic Career Planning Guide Settings.

Select ACP Courses Library to open the Courses Library screen.

Access Departments & Programs

On the Courses Library screen, select Departments or Programs to open the respective screen. 

Departments

  1. ACP Course Library: Navigate back to the Courses Library page.
  2. ACP Settings: Navigate back to the "Academic Career Planning Guide Settings" page.
  3. Add Department: Add a new department.
  4. Delete All: Delete all currently listed departments.
  5. The table displays all current departments and gives you access to edit and delete existing departments.
  6. Back to ACP Course Library: Navigate back to the Courses Library page.

Add Department

After selecting Add Department, enter the department name and select Add Department to add the new department.

Programs

  1. ACP Course Library: Navigate back to the Courses Library page.
  2. ACP Settings: Navigate back to the "Academic Career Planning Guide Settings" page.
  3. Add Program: Add a new program.
  4. Delete All: Delete all currently listed programs.
  5. The table displays all current programs, program codes, and gives you access to edit and delete existing departments.
    Note: The program code is used when importing courses.
  6. Back to ACP Course Library: Navigate back to the Courses Library page.

Add Program

After selecting Add Program, enter the program name and code and select Add Program to add the new program.
