I was hoping the SEEDS program could automatically pull the info on frequency from the data collection form rather than us having to type it in again. Also, wondering if there is a way to get email reminders of due dates with initials like we do with annuals and reevals?

  Hi Dana,

  Thank you for your request.
  The data collection form will pull the amount and frequency from the I-3 IEP. If the amount frequency is then added to the enrollment, it will print on reports. Where do you have to type it in again, we can research this further?

  Email reminders are sent out for students on a staff members class or itinerant list. Because students going thru an initial evaluation are not enrolled until they are eligible, SEEDS would not know who to send the email reminder to.

  Please continue to submit requests as they are greatly appreciated and make SEEDS more beneficial for all.
