IEP/Evaluation reminders to other people

I think it would be helpful if the IEP/evaluation reminders that go out on the 60 day notice and 30 day notice also was an option for the pupil services secretary.  Our secretary does all of our IEP scheduling and she is not able to get the reminders of upcoming IEP's.  I think having those notices would be helpful to more people than just those writing the IEP or doing the Evaluation.
