Is there a way to have fields:
1 - When parent/guardian signed permission to test (Permission date)
2 - When Pupil Services Office received the paperwork. (District received date)
We have the parent sign on the date we originally sent the
paperwork to them - but they don't send it back - because they
forgot - maybe a month or more later. We don't have a place to record
this date sequence. The date makes a lot of difference as to when the referral must be completed. Thanks for your consideration into this issue.
