Previously, teachers could delete PDF attachments even when the form holder had been saved as final (e.g., the I-3-S2 for PTPs). Now, it seems as though they can only delete PDFs when it is saved as draft. Is there a way to ensure this can happen, even when the overall form is saved as final? We require our teachers to save all forms as final prior to submitting for review, so now when they need to make adjustments, in particular to PTP documents, they have to delete the entire SEEDS form and recreate it with the new attachment.
