We are finding that because all invitations are labeled "Invitation to IEP meeting", a lot of our families and staff members are becoming frustrated/confused with the form name especially if we are dealing with an evaluation and who started what invitation, teams are also making changes/ adding information to the wrong invite. In our large district, we have separate teams doing IEPs, Initial Evals/Re-evals and having the invitations labeled for what they are will help us tremendously with our paperwork.
Can this change be done soon?
