Data collection form pre-fill

We were thinking in our district, it might be a nice addition if we were able to pre-fill the "Possible Minutes per week" box located on the first tab of the data collection form.  If possible it would be great to have this specific to the building that the student attends, as minutes may vary, but the hope is that this would help with consistency when calculating minutes.
