ISSUE:
Currently when a student newly qualifies for services you must go to each service providers 'class list' or 'itinerant list' to add that student to the applicable caseloads. This can get rather tedious when a student has a number of services: OT, PT, Speech, Case Manager, etc.
SUGGESTION:
Make it possible to add a newly qualified student on multiple class lists at one time. Example: John Doe is qualified for Speech, OT, and PT. During enrollment process, have a drop down list of all the providers, click on the ones pertaining to him, enter his implentation date, and a comment only once. Eliminating the need to jump around from one class list to another.
